|  Evros Roumbas is a holder of BSc degree in hotel management and an MBA with specialisation in Marketing and is the founder, director and shareholder of Waterside Homes Ltd. During his many years of experience at all levels of management in the Hotel and Real Estate business, Mr. Roumbas has acquired an extensive and varied experience of this industry.
He has been involved in the Business planning, product design and master planning of mixed use development projects in Cyprus, Egypt, Bulgaria and Belarus Besides, he was involved in different real estate products including holiday ownership, fractional and other real estate development mix and distribution channels.
