Waterside Wakefield Limited was formed by Mr John Edward Richardson aiming to develop the site at Fall Ings site this £60m project a remarkable development which encompasses luxury apartments, state of the art office space and leisure opportunities in a picturesque setting within easy walking distance of Wakefield City centre. Waterside Wakefield developed offices and industrial units which included projects for HM Government Offices and Job Centre and for the Regional Health Authority in Wakefield.
